THE REALTOR IS THE RECEIVER APPOINTED BY THE FRANKLIN COUNTY MUNICIPAL COURT, ENVIRONMENTAL DIVISION. The buyer must provide the Receiver with a demolition or rehabilitation plan, project timeline, and proof of funds when submitting an offer. The property currently has an unsafe order that the buyer will be required to remediate. Any accepted contract is subject to court review and approval and will not be a quick close.
