A full-time REALTOR®, advocate, and guide for buyers and sellers navigating some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. With a heart for people and a head for real estate, I approach every transaction as more than just a sale—it’s a story, a milestone, and often, a deeply personal journey. Whether I’m helping a young couple buy their first home, guiding a family through the emotional process of selling a loved one’s estate, or navigating the fast-moving details of military relocations, I bring experience, empathy, and clear communication to the table.

Licensed since 2014, I bring over a decade of real-world experience and a long-standing commitment to serving clients with transparency, patience, and professionalism. My business has been built on relationships—fueled by referrals, repeat clients, and a reputation for showing up with honesty and heart.

I hold several designations that reflect the specialized care, strategy, and training I offer:

  • ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative): Helping buyers feel informed, confident, and supported through every step of the homebuying process—from the first showing to the final signature.
  • SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist): I work closely with older adults and their families to manage transitions with compassion and clarity—whether that means downsizing, moving to assisted living, or selling a family home. I also connect clients with trusted professionals like estate attorneys, clean-out specialists, and senior care coordinators, so no one has to navigate these decisions alone.
  • MRP (Military Relocation Professional): I proudly serve those who serve, helping military families move with efficiency and care—because relocation isn’t just about logistics, it’s about finding your next safe and welcoming place to land.
  • PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor): Providing clients with strategic, data-driven pricing recommendations—whether buying or selling.
  • RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert): Advocating for my clients with calm, assertive negotiation—because strategy matters.

I’m dually licensed in West Virginia and Ohio, and I serve as a State Director for the West Virginia Association of REALTORS®. I also sit on multiple state and local committees, contributing to public relations, education, and outreach initiatives that uplift our profession and the communities we serve.

My path to real estate began with a personal story: When my husband Tim and I bought our first home, we were young—and broke. We were dismissed, overlooked, and barely guided through the process. That experience lit a fire in me to become the kind of agent I wish we’d had—someone who takes time, answers questions, and treats every client like they matter, regardless of price point or life stage. That mission still drives me today.

Tim and I now work side by side through our family’s small business, Cast Property Solutions, offering home repairs, inspection punch list work, cleanouts, and small-scale renovations—services that support both homeowners and fellow REALTORS® alike. He’s a Navy veteran, a proud union member, and my partner in more ways than one.

When I’m not meeting with clients or prepping homes for market, you’ll find me organizing events with the Mountaineer Brewfest Committee, volunteering through the Ladies League of Marshall County, or cheering on our two boys, Cash and Stone—raising them with muddy boots, kind hearts, and a strong sense of where they come from.
